Coins are the consumable item for purchasing additional contents (i.e. virtual gifts) in the app. Users can purchase virtual gifts and send them to their friends on CuteMeet. Purchased Coins cannot be exchanged back into real money. To view and buy the Coin packs, please go to Me page and then select Coin Store. You can check the price of each pack as well as the number of Coins cosntained.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Generally, all purchases and subscriptions are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund is requested due to dissatisfaction from our services within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
To request a refund for any purchases or subscriptions made with a Google Play account, please contact CuteMeet customer support at cutemeetteam@gmail.com with your order number, which you can find in Google Wallet.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
